Sumiya (炭屋) is a delightful surprise near Old Street — modern, creative Japanese food that’s as beautiful as it is tasty. Highlights were the wagyu tataki and the mango & foie gras roll — bold combos that actually work. Cozy atmosphere, great drinks, and even KTV downstairs for after-dinner fun. Definitely worth a visit!
